Double Room registration is $475. Single Room registration is $675.
You are still successfully registered and you can begin making payments by visiting www.womenofimpactt.com. You DO NOT need to register again. We will honor your registration and automatically reserve your spot, assuming that final payment is made by the payment deadline date of June 30, 2022.

Yes. As a 2022 registrant, you are eligible for numerous pre-retreat giveaways. We ask that you stay connected with us via social media. To be eligible for the pre-retreat giveaways, final payment must be made by June 5, 2022.
We will match you with a roommate based on your vaccination status, if you are open to that.
If there are enough rooms available, you will need to pay $200 more for your registration. Registration must be paid in full by May 31st for a single room.
Yes. Space will be limited. Please complete the vendor application at www.womenofimpactt.com if interested.
Yes. If you would like to purchase ad space or donate swag or raffle items, please complete the corporate sponsorship application at www.womenofimpactt.com. Advertisement payments are due in full by June 30, 2022.
If donating swag or raffle items, the merchandise must be delivered to New Beginnings Church, Attention – IMPACTT Women’s Ministry. The deadline to drop off or deliver donated swag merchandise is noon on Friday, July 29. If donating items for the raffles please deliver to the church by noon on Friday, July 1.
- Platinum Sponsorship: Full page ad in the retreat packet and verbal recognition during the retreat. $300 if sponsor attends the retreat. $500 if sponsor does not attend.
- Gold Sponsorship: 1/2-page ad in the retreat packet. $200 if sponsor attends the retreat. $300 if sponsor does not attend.
- Silver Sponsorship: Business card-sized ad in the retreat packet. $100 if sponsor attends the retreat. $200 if sponsor does not attend.
Yes. All attendees will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no earlier than 48 hours before departure in order to attend. AT HOME RAPID TESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF. To ride the charter bus, you will also need to be vaccinated. Unvaccinated persons will still be able to attend, but will need to provide their own transportation.

The following parking options are offered at or near the hotel:
On-site Valet Parking – $40/day with full in/out privileges as much as needed.
Self-parking in the Whitaker Street Garage (1 block across from the hotel) – $16/day. Fee does not include in/out privileges.
NOTE: Rates are subject to change. Hourly fees may apply to in/out access at local parking garages. Please check the hotel’s Maps, Parking, & Transportation page or Savannah.gov for updates and local transportation information. The parking garages accept Visa and Mastercard only.
The hotel is situated within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and venues for leisure activities. Upon arriving in Savannah, if you want to venture out around the city without driving there is a free shuttle service that runs by the hotel. - Complete “COVID Travel Waiver” by: April 15, 2022 (Applies to those registered in 2020/2021. The waiver is part of the registration for new registrants.)
